Service Description

Some experience necessary ( One day Intro or more ) This two-day intermediate blacksmithing class is for people with some forging experience. The skilled instructor will teach you forging mechanics, hammer control, and proper forging techniques as we forge rivets, collars, mortise/tenons, and wedged joints. The skills will culminate in making a small forged sculpture. Each one is decorated and designed by your hands! The more experience you have the more styles or variations in design you may be able to make! Students will get an introduction to using some power tools, fly press, and hand hammering techniques while working in this intermediate class. This will allow students of all strength and energy levels to succeed in this class!


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a class at least a week in advance and use the full deposit towards any other class for up to 1 year. Complete cancelation results in $50 fee No-shows and last-minute cancelations (6 days before or less) forfeit the entire deposit. We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollment (less than 3). The warning will be given a week in advance.
