Service Description

This blacksmithing class is for people who want to start outfitting themselves with their own tool kit! The skilled instructors will teach you forging mechanics, hand hammer control, and proper forging techniques as you create several sets of tongs.  Time permitting we will cover pickup, box jaw, and bolt jaw style tongs. You will learn how to safely use power hammers and presses in this class. and will have the option to hot punch or drill your tongs to create the hinge point. Some experience necessary to succeed. (One day intro or more req) More experience most likely equals more and nicer tongs

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a class at least a week in advance and use the full deposit towards any other class for up to 1 year. Complete cancelation results in $50 fee No shows and last-minute cancelations (6 days before or less) forfeit the entire deposit. We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollment (less than 3). Warning will be given a week in advance.
